DOCKSIDE SUNRISE

My heart has been in the highlands of Scotland for the last few posts.  But Georgian Bay has been working hard to woo me back!

Last weekend storms rolled through but luckily by the time we reached the boat the worst had passed.  Stormy skies leave me with mixed feelings.  The sailor in me gets nervous but the photographer in me gets excited.

We spent that first night in the safety of the harbor and the next morning I got up in time to catch the sunrise with the hopes that some of the dramatic clouds would still be lingering.  As you can see - I lucked out!

Hoping my luck holds again this weekend - fingers crossed.
