ALL FALL DOWN

There is a delicious new sound to be made today when walking though the park.  It's a rustling.  But one of greater intensity now.  Our first real frost and a bit of wind has brought down all the leaves seemingly overnight.  Which means there are great piles of them laying like dropped robes at the foot of each trunk.   I like the fact that the colourful mess draws my eye down and away from the naked branches above.  No need to remind me of the bleak days ahead.

If you live where the leaves have piled up, I hope you get the chance to do some rustling.  Have a wonderful fall day my friends.
